A Class 12 student, Hafizul Islam, was found dead at the University of Science and Technology (USTM) in Meghalaya’s Ri-Bhoi District on Wednesday morning. Islam, a student of Vision 50 Academy, was discovered hanging inside his hostel room at USTM. Sources suggest he may have taken his own life, but this has yet to be confirmed.
